NATAL, BRAZIL
After cruising down the Amazon Pieter and I headed to try some brazilian beach and dune buggy the sand dunes. It started off pretty touristy, but in the end it gave some of the adrenaline we were looking for.
GUYS GONE WILD 2007.....CARNAVAL OLINDA/RECIFE
The $50 a night dorm beds that you had to rent for a minimum of 7 days turned us off of Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. Instead we decided to make as many friends as possible and see who had space for us to sleep on the floor. Luckily 5 English girls had rented an apartment for the week in Olinda and they had room for two more. We jumped on the opportunity. Headed to Olinda. Spent three days in excess. Without any sleep bee lined it for the airport and exited Carnaval two days early before it captured our souls. (If you want to see some good pictures of Carnaval you really should check out pieters blog.)
Sleeping arrangments....I got the bed in the corner, bet pieter had to sleep outside.
Finally some sleep in the airport....

Buenos Aires
We have been in Buenos Aires now for almost a week. Taking spanish classes again. The atmosphere here is unbeatable and after a month in Patagonia I am considering returning for the rest of my trip. Well see...off to patagonia tomorrow.
